Two men wanted in murder cases arrested from UAE

The FIA also arrested a passenger named Javed who was deported from France

ISLAMABAD: Two suspects wanted to Punjab Police in two separate murder cases were arrested from Abu Dhabi and extradited to Pakistan on Monday.

On the request of Punjab Police, Interpol had issued arrest warrants, also known as ‘red warrant’ for Umair Ejaz and Muhammad Ali Nawaz.

Nawaz was absconding in a murder case is registered at Waris Khan police station, Rawalpindi, while Ali Nawaz was facing murder charges in a case registered at City police station, Rawalpindi.

Immigration officials took custody of both these accused on their arrival at Benazir Bhutto International Airport Islamabad (BBIAI) and handed them over to police.

The FIA also arrested a passenger named Javed who was deported from France.
