Four men kidnapped in Kech
Personnel were on a monitoring visit of planning and evelopment departments

Unidentified assailants kidnapped two government officers and two other men on Sunday after ambushing their vehicle in the Zareen Bogh area of Kech district.
According to details reaching here, the assailants intercepted the vehicle of government officers in Zareen Bogh area of Turbat and whisked them away at gunpoint to an undisclosed location.

Among those kidnapped were two officers identified as SDO Fida and sub-engineer Rahim Jan of the irrigation department. The other two civilians were identified as contractor Mehboob and Ghulam Nabi.
The officers were on a monitoring visit of various schemes of the urban planning and development department.
FC seizes huge cache of weapons
Frontier Corps (FC) in Balochistan seized a huge cache of weapons during a search operation in Dalbandin. According to FC sources, a search operation was carried out by the FC troops in Dalbandin following a tip-off which resulted in busting a huge cache of weapons. The seized weapons include a10 RMM bomb, 3 hand grenades and 240 rounds of SMG. An FC official said that the weapons were to be used against security forces by the miscreants.
Security man killed
An official of the Frontier Corps was killed in a firing incident at a security check post in Turbat on Sunday.
According to the FC sources, unidentified men attacked the FC check post in the Dasht Dada area of Turbat which resulted in the death of FC official Sajid Khan. The attackers fled after the attack.
A manhunt was launched following the incident. Seven persons were booked in connection with the attack, the sources added.
Honour killing case
A man was killed in Naseerabad division in an honour killing case.
According to the police, unidentified armed men opened fire and killed a man identified as Muhammad Sharief in Goth Muhammad Sharief of Dera Murad Jamali.
Police handed over the body to its legal heirs, after completing the medico-legal formalities.
