Burglary: Robbers strike at house  

The police have registered a case, but no recoveries or arrests had been till the filing of this report

RAWALPINDI: Robbers have struck at a house and made off with cash and valuables worth millions of rupees within the airport police jurisdiction. Mohammad Naseer, a resident of Nazeerabad, lodged a complaint with the local police stating that four robbers barged into his house, held his family hostage at gunpoint and made off with Rs200,000 in cash, prize bonds, 13 carats of gold, five cell phones and other valuables worth Rs800,000. The police have registered a case, but no recoveries or arrests had been till the filing of this report.
