Transfers and postings: NADRA Karachi DG replaced
According to Ali, these postings were a routine matter and that both the DGs have spent more than one year
KARACHI:
National Database and Regulatory Authority (NADRA) replaced two directors-general in Karachi and Peshawar. After being posted in Karachi for over a year, Mahmood Iqbal, director-general of NADRA Karachi was transferred to Islamabad on Thursday. NADRA spokesperson Faik Ali told The Express Tribune that Ahmad Khattak has been posted as the new director-general of NADRA Karachi. Khattak was previously posted in Peshawar. According to Ali, these postings were a routine matter and that both the DGs have spent more than one year at their previous stations.
