Aries | March 20 – April 19

If life’s a bit of a struggle lately, it could be you’re trying to do too much. This is nothing new. Now, however, the problem is certain plans or projects you really must say farewell to. They’ve had their time. But you’re still attached to them, and are stubbornly refusing to let go.

Taurus | April 20 – May 20

There’s little more exciting than an idea that’s worthwhile, yet appeals to everybody. While, obviously, you’re eager to proceed, bear in mind that with Mercury retrograde in Taurus, even simple arrangements are unlikely to last as planned. Still, you can declare your intentions now, then review those discussions and finalise details later.

Gemini | May 21 – June 20

One already tricky matter is being made more so by somebody who thrives on complications. If things are going smoothly, they’ll delight in creating problems. While you can’t avoid the individual in question, you can choose what you reveal. And that can be something so unimportant they can’t do much damage.

Cancer | June 21 – July 22

If you’ve already thought through certain increasingly unrewarding arrangements, you’ll realise their time is coming to an end. Initially that might have been disappointing but, increasingly, you’re experiencing a welcome freedom. Acknowledging that might be challenging now, but it will also give you the courage necessary to say farewell to these.

Leo | July 23 – August 22

There’s no denying it. With Mercury retrograde and accenting your life, plans and priorities, confusion is inevitable. Yet what you learn as you untangle both past errors and more recent mistakes will prove amazingly informative. This isn’t just about the situations involved. Insights about the certain individuals will explain a lot.

Virgo | August 23 – September 22

For ages you’ve meant to examine certain unrewarding situations. Now, finally, you’re ready to review whether, in those arrangements, you’re getting good value for your time and money. While you’re both canny and cautious in some matters, in others you make excuses for what’s really a waste of your resources.

Libra | September 23 – October 22

Ordinarily you wouldn’t regard seeking advice as a method to patch up misunderstandings. Yet it’s a superb way to get in touch with someone without having to deal with apologies or analyse the past. Simply say you respect their knowledge on one particular matter and ask for their thoughts. That should do the trick.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

Little is more worrying that knowing you must invest time, money or, perhaps, heart in one particular situation while being unsure what the results will be. Usually, as a Scorpio, you sense how things will turn out. But occasionally even you must leave things to destiny. This is such a time.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 21

It’s easy to blame all the problems you’re facing on the retrograde Mercury. While it’s true, the period when the communication planet appears to be moving backwards in the heavens can be very confused indeed, often what you learn in the process of putting things right justifies the effort involved.

Capricorn | December 22 – January 19

Somebody seems to have been overly enthusiastic about the potential for one particular idea. Not only are things not going well, soon arrangements will become both embarrassing and costly. Speak up and, even more important, do something about it. Others won’t be happy now but will soon thank you.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 17

Few things are more frustrating than dealing with those who regard certain crucial facts as private, so refuse to discuss them. This makes planning difficult. But it’s also slightly insulting, as it implies they don’t trust you. Actually, it’s not you but, rather, they’re judging others by their own standards.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

Standing your ground for what or who you believe in comes naturally to you. So much so you may not realise the amount of time, effort and perhaps money you’re investing in keeping somebody else’s venture afloat. Pause to examine both your feelings and the cost to you before you do anything more.
