ISLAMABAD:

A week-long training programme in lacquer art and stone carving for children started at the National Institute of Folk and Traditional Heritage (Lok Virsa) here on Monday.

Sixty children, aged between six to 14 years from various schools colleges, are participating in the programme.

Master artisans, who are imparting the training include Samiullah, an expert in lacquer art from DI Khan and Zahid Hussain, an expert in stone carving from Taxila.
