Patricide: Police officer allegedly killed by son

KHAIRPUR: A police officer was allegedly killed by his son near Thari Mirwah in Khairpur on Saturday. Rahim Dad Shar was posted as a constable at Thari Mirwah police station. He was shot and killed by his son, Asif Shar, at Jaffar Jalalani village within the limits of Pir Wassan police station. The body was handed over to the family. The police arrested Asif and seized a pistol from his possession.
