Still Standing: Judge dismisses writ petition

NOWSHERA: An additional session judge dismissed a writ petition against ANP candidate Juma Khan and declared him victorious as a district councillor, according to a short court order. After hearing arguments from both sides, the session court on Saturday declared Juma as victorious against Haji Muhammad. “We believe in our justice system and today it delivered” stated Juma after hearing the verdict.
