Justice: Life sentence for murder convicts

LAHORE:
Additional District and Sessions judge Muhammad Asghar Khan on Wednesday awarded life imprisonment to two men he convicted of murder. The judge also fined them Rs200,000. Prosecution said Asghar Ali and Maqbool Ahmed had killed Sakhawat Ali over a property dispute in 2008. Burki police had registered the FIR. After hearing the arguments and examining the evidence, the court sentenced the two men to life imprisonment and fined them Rs200,000 each.
