Vehicle Damaged: Traffic police constable injured

The attackers managed to flee the site after the incident

PESHAWAR: A traffic police constable was shot and injured by unidentified men in Musazai village within the jurisdiction of Badabher police station on Saturday. He has been identified as Zikria Alam. He was rushed to Lady Reading Hospital and is in stable condition. An FIR has been registered. According to the police report, he was on his way home from work when unidentified people opened fire on his car and injured him. The attackers managed to flee the site after the incident. His vehicle was also damaged in the attack. Police have started investigation.
