Pakistani society averse to entrepreneurship

Besides participating in the Beauty Eurasia 2016 to be held from April 21-23 in Istanbul, the delegation will visit different chambers, trade associations, meet officials and explore opportunities, Fazil said in a statement prior to her departure.

“We will look into opportunities of imports, exports, joint ventures and franchises in the expo which includes different companies from almost 100 countries,” she informed.

The official said that companies participating in the mega event included those dealing in beauty products, perfumes, personal care, pharmaceuticals, machinery, raw material, importers, exporters and distributers which presented a great opportunity to Pakistani entrepreneurs.

“We will try to gain valuable insights into Turkey’s beauty industry as well as their market to introduce our products which will also cement relations between the two countries.”

Networking: Committee formed to empower women

According to Fazil, the delegation would meet international buyers and thousands of professionals in Turkey that had a GNP of around $1 trillion and it was among the top 15 economies of the world that could help Pakistanis develop businesses.
