Actor reveals how Salman passes on gifts to Being Human charity
MUMBAI:
Bollywood beauty Jacqueline Fernandez – who starred alongside superstar Salman Khan in 2014’s hit action drama Kick – has claimed that the latter does not accept gifts from anyone. Instead, Salman simply asks for the gift to be passed on to his Being Human foundation which supports the underprivileged across India.
“Whenever you speak to Salman, he always brings up Being Human because he is just so passionate about it,” Jacqueline said on Indian TV show Yaar Mera Superstar. “And mind you, this is not because the cameras are on. It is just always about Being Human with him!”
Jacqueline eager to work with Sooraj Pancholi
The Brothers star went on to say that Khan has also helped her regain confidence. “He is one of the best mentors anybody can ever have. He really makes you believe in yourself and that is what he survives on,” she added, openly admitting that Salman is an inspiration for her. “He is very approachable and always there for someone who is in need. This is something I have learned from him because someone helped me when I needed it the most. Now I also try and help whoever I can now,” Jacqueline said.
