On the same day, thousands of miles apart, actor Drew Barrymore and the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton stepped out wearing the exact same dress for their respective high profile events. Need we say more?

The 34-year-old princess, glided into the $1,500 Tory Burch dress for dinner with the King and Queen of Bhutan, during her royal tour to the Himalayan kingdom with Prince William. The best thing about Kate is that she goes from high street to high end at the drop of a hat and it all comes together so effortlessly. The elaborate floral embroidery on the tulle dress, which featured thigh high splits and red bead embellishments on the neckline did wonders to accentuate Kate’s slender frame.

The Charlie’s Angels cutie also donned the multi-coloured gown for a charity fundraising gala in New York City and she too, rocked it with grace. The outfit’s picturesque mix of retro and boho, with vivid hues were certainly eye-catching and only added to the star’s charming aura. The half sleeves of the dress were super flattering and helped in showcasing the star’s enviable poker straight tresses.
