Building ties: Pakistan-Cuba friendship group meets

The group also decided to celebrate the 90th birthday of Fidel Castro in the last week of August

ISLAMABAD: A meeting of the Pakistan-Cuba Parliamentary Friendship Group held on Thursday approved the work plan for 2016 which will start with a seminar in May on how Pakistan can learn from the Cuba health model. According to a press release, Pakistani doctors trained in Cuba will share their experience at the seminar. In June, the group will mark birthday of Ernesto Che Guevara. The group also decided to celebrate the 90th birthday of Fidel Castro in the last week of August.
