LAHORE:

A petition was filed before Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday against an employee of the Chief Minister’s House for allegedly forcing a man to vacate his official residence. Tauqeer Yousaf, an administration officer of the Jinnah Hospital, filed the petition, alleging that Muhammad Athar Javed Khan was harassing him. “Khan has been trying to force me to leave my official residence. He filed applications against me with fake allegations,” he said. Yousaf said Khan was misusing his position. “The residence had been allotted to my father. It was transferred to me in 1998. I regularly pay its rent,” he said. He requested the court to stop the respondent from harassing him.
