Over Rs1 billion projects announced for Kallar

KALLAR SYEDAN:

Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has announced development projects of Rs1.17 billion for Kallar Syedan.

He was addressing a gathering of elected local bodies representatives here on Saturday. Most of the projects related to construction of roads.

Nisar also directed authorities to complete the building of computerised land record centre till December this year and also sought feasibility reports for dualisation of Rawat-Kallar Syedan Road and rehabilitation of Kallar by-pass.

The interior minister said the people of Kallar Syedan had elected him even during the Musharraf regime and said he would continue working for the uplift of the area.
