Relief: ‘51% complaints addressed’

Bhatti said the commission had developed a modern system to handle complaints

LAHORE: Overseas Pakistanis Commission Punjab Commissioner Afzaal Bhatti has said that the commission has received more than 2,800 complaints so far “Out of these, 51 per cent complaints have been addressed,” he told a gathering of overseas Pakistanis in Medina, Saudi Arabia. Commission Vice Chairman Khalid Shaheen Butt and Additional Director General Ahmed Mobin were also present on the occasion.  Bhatti said the commission had developed a modern system to handle complaints.  Butt said overseas Pakistanis had helped strengthen the national economy. He said the government respected those who had helped improve Pakistan’s image abroad.
