Terrorist facilitation case: Qadir Patel granted protective bail
The division bench granted him bail for one-week subject to furnishing a surety of Rs200,000
KARACHI:
The Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) Dubai-based leader, Abdul Qadir Patel, obtained on Friday protective bail in a case against Dr Asim Hussain regarding the harbouring and treatment of criminals at his private hospital. The division bench granted him bail for one-week subject to furnishing a surety of Rs200,000 to surrender before the anti-terrorism court.
