KARACHI: Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto University of Law (Szabul) vice-chancellor Justice (retd) Qazi Khalid Ali presides over the fifth syndicate meeting. Federal Minister of Communication, Abdul Hakeem Baloch, Sindh High Court judge Justice Mehmood Ahmed Khan, Karachi University faculty of law dean Justice (retd) Ghous Mohammad, Szabul registrar Syed Sharf Ali Shah and finance director Amir Bashir are also present on the occasion.
