Kourtney starts her morning by melting a teaspoon of ghee in a pan. She drinks it in a "cute little ceramic white cup" then waits 20 minutes before downing a glass of water and eating food.
She also chooses to cook with ghee and coconut oil over regular butter.
The health-conscious star notes that it's low in dairy (making it great for people who are lactose intolerant), packed with vitamins A,D,E, K, K2 and CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) antioxidants.
No wonder she doesn't look like a mother of three.

She tends to take her ghee intake up a notch during the summer, when it's hot and she feels "a kind of weakness."
She also shared that ghee promotes weight loss (believe it or not), keeps the gut healthy, strengthens the immune system, hydrates skin, makes hair grow thick, and nourishes the nervous system, 'translating into calm energy and clarity of the mind throughout the day'.
