Cold-Blooded Murder: Watchman strangled to death

PESHAWAR: A watchman was strangled to death in Saddar in the city on Monday. Police said Qasim, a watchman for a plaza in the area since 2007, was found strangled in bed. Some shops in the plaza were also found with broken locks.Police, however, believe the locks of the shops had been broken as a diversion by the murderer to put police on the wrong track. They believe nothing was stolen from these shops.
