Government orders: New KMC administrator appointed

Shaikh will continue working as managing director of the Sindh Solid Waste Management Board

KARACHI: The Sindh government appointed Laeeq Ahmed, an officer of the secretariat group of grade 20, as administrator of the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC), relieving Roshan Shaikh who previously had the charge of this post.  Shaikh will continue working as managing director of the Sindh Solid Waste Management Board. According to the notification issued by the general administration and services department on Friday, the government has appointed Abdul Rahim Soomro as secretary of the public health engineering department by transferring Imran Atta Soomro.
