PESHAWAR: The accountability court recorded the statement of NAB Islamabad Additional Director Imran Sohail against the former IGP on Saturday and fixed March 28 as the date for further proceedings. The statement was recorded before accountability court judge Azhar Khan in a weapons scandal case. The former ANP-led government had issued Rs7 billion for the purchase of weapons for the police.
