Attack On Police Station : FIR registered against two suspects

KARACHI: The police have registered a case against unidentified persons for attacking a police station on Thursday night with a locally made bomb. At least two unidentified men riding a motorcycle had hurled a homemade explosive device at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal police station. However, no casualty was reported. The Gulshan-e-Iqbal police later registered an FIR (162/16) on behalf of state against unidentified attackers. The police also added charges under Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act in the FIR. The police officials said that they are yet to find any crucial piece of evidence.
