The paramilitary force's posts located in Korangi, Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Nazimabad have already been targetted in about three weeks, spreading panic in the said areas.

The attack by bike-riding suspects today did not cause any casualties but did damage a motorcycle parked near the post, police said.
Earlier on Friday, two Rangers personnel were injured as bike-riding militants threw explosive material on their post in main Korangi Crossing near industrial area.
Similarly, on March 13, two posts of the paramilitary force were attacked in the same way with a difference of only four minutes, although causing no casualty.

On March 18, DG Rangers Sindh Major General Bilal Akbar said at least three groups were involved in the attacks and that three people had been arrested for the crime.
Rangers started a vigorous operation against terrorist elements in Karachi since 2013, resulting in the attacks in an apparent bid to demoralise the paramilitary force.
