Miss Universe 2015 just hit the jackpot, again. After taking the world by surprise when she was crowned Miss Universe following Steve Harvey's cringe-worthy mix-up in misreading the pageant winner's name, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach is now dating Dr Mike, the hot doctor on Instagram.

Named the "Sexiest Doctor Alive" in 2015 by People Magazine, Russian-born Mikhail Varshavski told Wonderwall, "I am dating Pia. It's a fairly new relationship but I'm really excited to see where it can go!"

Speculation that the two were dating started almost a month ago when the pair enjoyed a dinner at New York's Balvanera restaurant.

Pia was asked if she was seeing anyone during a recent Facebook chat but she gave fans the impression that she was focused on fulfilling her Miss Universe duties.

"No. There's no specific someone in my life," she shared, while holding her sash. "This is the specific someone. This is the priority."

Did Ranveer Singh just confirm his relationship with Deepika?

After the two posted photos together, however, and Dr Mike took to Wonderwall to confirm their relationship, speculation has settled.

"She says she wanted to be a doctor until she realized she's deathly afraid of the sight of blood , so she decided to win #MissUniverse instead," Mike wrote on Instagram.

The couple also exercised together, resulting in a selfie posted by Miss Universe on Twitter.

If this relationship works out, we're in for some adorable babies.
