Sarmat Khoosat is gaining more and more traction in the international world as he won yet another award for his acclaimed film Manto.

After having received the Best Actor award at the Jaipur Film Festival, Sarmad has now received a special recognition award at the London Asian Film Festival for his acting in his directorial Manto.

Fans took to Twitter to break the news, excited about Sarmad's latest achievement.





And the director-actor credited it all to Pakistan.

Sarmad Khoosat bags Best Actor award for Manto at Indian film festival

Recently, Manto went to India when it was chosen to open the 8th Jaipur Film Festival (JIFF) 2016. Sarmad — who also plays the lead role in the film — bagged Best Actor Award in the Feature Film Category at the 8th edition of the festival. The biopic, boasting an ensemble cast, also managed to take home Best Sound and Editing Award in the same category.
