HYDERABAD:
The elections of the Sindh High Court Bar Association (SHCBA), Hyderabad, will be held today (March 12). The Pakistan Bar Council’s appeal committee had earlier cancelled the polling scheduled for February 6 three days before the elections on the grounds of fake membership. Although the candidates are contesting in individual capacity, the lawyers of two informal panels will face each other. The seats of president, vice-president, general secretary, joint secretary, library secretary and treasurer as well as seven members of managing committee are up for contest.
