One of our favourite style stars, Meher Tareen, the publishing editor of Paperazzi magazine and the mother of two adorable babies, talks to us about her style

Understanding your body is the key to looking good and a trait found amongst all impeccably dressed fashionistas. While people shy away from talking about their bodies, these brave souls explain how they work their bodies to their advantage

How would you describe your body type?

Athletic.

Has your body type changed over the last five years?

Having kids and loving food means your body becomes fuller if you don’t work out and eat right, which is something I hope to do this year.

How has your style changed over the years?

I have become more experimental with my accessories over time. I would describe it as classic with a twist.

In your opinion what is your most troublesome area?

My torso.

How do you dress your body according to your body type?

I avoid very fitted clothes and instead opt for separates like tanks paired with cardigans, blazers, capes or wraps.

In your opinion what is the biggest mistake a person can make while dressing here?

To follow trends blindly without keeping their body type in mind.

What silhouettes suit your body the most?

Separates. I love suits!

What is the one piece of clothing that you shy away from wearing and why?

I avoid anything that shows too much skin.
