Bollywood actor Sonakshi Sinha will be joining a women’s brigade in their attempt to achieve the Guinness World Record title of ‘Most People Painting Their Fingernails Simultaneously.’ The event will be held in celebration for Women’s Day on March 8. A Polish cosmetic brand has planned to present a grand platform to create the record by inviting thousands of women to the event where they will highlight their range of breathable nail enamels, reported IANS.
The Dabangg actor is more than excited over the thought of being part of this. “As kids, we had always heard that so and so has set a record or broken a record and has made a mark for themselves in the Guinness Book of World Records,” she said. “It was always considered to be prestigious to have a record against your name in the Guinness Book. Back then I never imagined I would get to be a part of one such attempt and am really excited. I wish my team luck and I’m really looking forward to the activity.”

On another note, Sonakshi recently shared she is not signing many projects as of now, in order to focus on her physical fitness – something she has recently been all over news for. “After working out regularly and putting in so much effort, you want your look to last. You want to maintain that level,” shared the actor, who has often been trolled for her weight.
Sinha shared she is going all out training for her upcoming film Force 2, reported Hindustan Times. “Since I have one film in the pipeline, I have the time to maintain my physique. I’m a strong believer in being fit and fitness is not always about being thin or skinny. It’s about being fit, mentally and physically,” she added. The actor will be starring opposite John Abraham in the film that is slated to release in November this year.
