Preity Zinta reportedly tied the knot on Monday in an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles.

The Bollywood beauty married long term boyfriend and fiance Gene Goodenough in an intimate ceremony with close friends, including Sussanne Khan and designer Surily Goel, in attendance.

Veteran Bollywood actor Kabir Bedi confirmed the speculations as he wished her on Twitter:

The Bollywood actor may have kept her wedding under wraps, but she made sure it was a spectacular affair. While one ceremony in LA is over, the one in Mumbai will see all the big wigs of B-Town in attendance.

“The LA wedding will most probably be followed by a Rajput wedding ceremony in Mumbai. Since Preity has worked with the biggest stars in Bollywood, and continues to remain close friends with many of them, she plans to host a big celebration in the city, where B-Town celebrities will be invited,” the source was quoted as having said.

DNA reported that the actor has planned a three-day event in Mumbai which includes the wedding, sangeet and mehndi.

Further, her outfits for all three days will either be designed by Manish Malhotra or Preity’s close friend Surily Goel, a source close to Preity told DNA.

Following in the footsteps of a few big Hollywood celebs, Preity and Gene are also planning on auctioning their wedding photos for a charity Preity supports, reported Times of India.

The actor met Gene in LA a few years ago during one of her visits to the US. He is a top financial consultant, currently a Senior Vice President of Finance with an US-based hydroelectric power company called NLine Energy.
