Khan has been part of the FIA investigation into the case. He had gone to the US to record US journalist Mark Siegel’s statement in the case. Khan also recovered two blackberry phones used by Benazir Bhutto the day she was assassinated from Abdul Razzaq Mirani, a Zardari House Karachi employee. Rawalpindi City Police Station registered the Benazir Bhutto murder case on December 27, 2007.
