
Six people died and a minor was critically injured when a van plunged into a roadside gorge in Kenthali, some 35 kilometres north-east of Abbottabad, said the police.
Nawanshehr police told the media a high roof van with three women, a man, two minors and a driver was en route to Abbottabad from Kenthali village. The driver tried negotiating a blind turn when he lost control of the steering. The vehicle careened into a deep ravine. Police said three women, two men, including the driver, and a minor died on the spot.
