Over the year, Fallon has interviewed celebrities such as Ben Stiller, Penelope Cruz, Ryan Reynolds and Jennifer Lopez, among numerous others. Chopra is slated to visit Fallon on March 3. Expressing her excitement over being the first Bollywood actor to be hosted by Fallon, Chopra re-tweeted a post on her Twitter fan page. “Catch Priyanka Chopra. March 3 –Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon...March 4 – Live! with Kelly & Michael,” read the post. Another Tweet read, “Priyanka Chopra to make her first appearance on @FallonTonight on March 3. @jimmyfallon.”
As per NBC listings, the Bajirao Mastani star will appear as the second interview guest on the show. The Voice coach and renowned music producer Pharrell Williams is booked as the night’s lead interviewee, while American country singer Loretta Lynn is expected to close the night. Chopra’s interview will come ahead of the second season premiere of Quantico, the hit American TV show she stars in, set to commence on March 6. For this, she is taking a brief break from the filming of her Hollywood film debut Baywatch, which is currently under production in Miami and Savannah. The film is said to be releasing on May 19, 2017.
Needless to say, Chopra has more than plenty on her plate these days. Yet, the 33-year-old has somehow managed to make sure her projects back in India are not neglected one bit. Chopra just recently completed shooting for her upcoming Bollywood film Jai Gangaajal and has been making waves thanks to the strong female character she portrays in it. Jai Gangaajal will release on March 4 — just a day after Chopra’s scheduled appearance with Jimmy Fallon.
