PSL: Islamabad beat Lahore, to face Karachi

Lahore Qalandar’s run in the inaugural Pakistan Super League came to an end on Wednesday after Islamabad United beat them by five wickets at the Dubai International Stadium.  Islamabad will now face Karachi Kings in the playoffs.Put into bat first by Islamabad, Lahore scored 150 runs in their allotted 20 overs thanks to Umar Akmal’s 72 and Sohaib Maqsood’s 57. Islamabad’s Mohammad Irfan picked up three wickets. In reply, Islamabad reached the target in 19 overs with fighting half century from Brad Haddin and 38 off 19 by Misbahul Haq.
