Your stars today

Shelley Von Strunckel February 15, 2016

Aries | March 20 – April 19

After a period that’s focused on numerous practicalities, you’ve accomplished masses but really need a break. You get it. In fact, with so much exciting going on in the lives of friends, colleagues or even neighbours, you’re overwhelmed with options. Plunge in and have a good time. You deserve it.

Taurus | April 20 – May 20

Intriguing as recent ideas or offers may have been, the odds are good you’re still trying to understand exactly what they’d involve. That’s because they’re as much about letting go of the past and what you’ll be doing in the future. In some cases, you’re struggling with saying farewell.

Gemini | May 21 – June 20

Looking back on the period since the beginning of the year, you’ve achieved a huge amount, but your efforts have required almost total focus. Now that your ruler Mercury is no longer accenting these practical matters, you can finally think about other things, in particular, having a good time.

Cancer | June 21 – July 22

Often you long for tedious tasks to be left in the hands of others. Recently, however, that’s been the case and you haven’t been at all happy about it. That’s because while decisions weren’t yours to make, their outcome would have a substantial impact on your business or financial life.

Leo | July 23 – August 22

On 20 February your ruler the Sun moved into the partnership angle of your chart. This began a four-week long cycle during which you’ve focused on various joint plans and projects. While you’ve accomplished a great deal, now that Mercury, too, is accenting these, it’s worth tackling them again.

Virgo | August 23 – September 22

Although the Full Moon is still a week from now, the fact it’s in Virgo suggests you’ll already have certain changes on your mind. Some are nothing new, it’s just you’ve lacked motivation to undertake them, others are more recent. In every case, within days you’ll soon be ready to take action.

Libra | September 23 – October 22

Generally speaking, the influence of planetary aspects wanes rapidly after they’ve taken place. However, the odds are good you’re still experiencing the benefits of last Wednesday’s splendid alliance between your ruler Venus and the fortunate Jupiter. This brings rare ideas and opportunities. Continue to explore everything that comes your way.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

The presence of forthright Mars in Scorpio, since early January, has been complex. True, it’s led to timely frank discussions, but it’s also made you uncharacteristically impatient. This, in turn, means you’re fuming about certain as yet undone tasks. Being annoyed achieves nothing. They’ll be dealt with, but in due time.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 21

On the surface, recent setbacks seem like bad news. After having struggled to get certain arrangements organised, they’ve come undone. Yet if you do a little investigation, you’ll realise the ground on which those plans were based has shifted to such a degree you’d need to rethink everything anyway.

Capricorn | December 22 – January 19

Watching arrangements you worked hard to organise fall apart is no fun. Yet deep down you’ve expected this, mostly because the actual foundation on which those plans were based has changed. Rather than try to keep what you can, take a deep breath, then begin again. You’ll be glad you did.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 17

You don’t usually keep thoughts to yourself. However, with the ideas planet Mercury in the most reflective part of your chart since early January, you’ve been thinking a lot and saying little. Mercury’s move into Aquarius changes that, beginning with numerous questions and the resulting discussions regarding plans others have made.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

The Sun moved into the most strategic and vulnerable portion of your chart on 20 January, triggering a lengthy period of review and deep inner questioning. While it’s been informative, you’ve been unable to take action on these. Be patient. By the week’s close you’ll be able to tackle them.
