She was speaking to The Express Tribune on the second day of the exhibition. Earlier, the WCLA announced that it would soon compile and publish the selected photographs in the form of a coffee table book.
Robina Rehman, a visitor, said that most photos displayed at the exhibition had sought to bring out the beauty of the Walled City. She said photographers should also highlight the problems plaguing the area. “Such photographs do not fully represent the area. They end up romanticising rather harsh experience of the city’s residents,” she said.
