Poor hygiene: Two pickle factories sealed

The Gulberg Town team fined Taipei restaurant on MM Alam Road for poor cleanliness arrangements

The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) on Monday sealed two pickle factories and a milk shop over poor cleaning arrangements.


A PFA team inspected manufacturing units of Chaman Food Products and Mumtaz Food Products in Shahdara. The units were sealed over poor hygiene. The factories were found using containers prohibited under food laws.

The Aziz Bhatti Town team sealed Bismillah Milk Shop for poor cleanliness. The Shalimar Town team sealed Liaquat Bakery on similar charges.

The Gulberg Town team fined Taipei restaurant on MM Alam Road for poor cleanliness arrangements.
