Half-centuries by Tevin Imlach and Shimron Hetmyer assured a victory for the Windies in the fourth and last quarter-final of the tournament.
Sameen Gul, Ahmad Shafiq and Shadaba Khan took one wicket apiece for Pakistan.
Bangladesh into semis after six-wicket win over Nepal
Earlier, after opting to bat first Pakistan scored 227 runs for the loss of six wickets courtesy a century by Umair Masood (113) down the order at number six. Salman Fayyaz scored 58 off 79 balls at the number seven position.
Pakistan had lost five wickets for 57 runs when Umair and Fayyaz came in to bat. They build up a 164-run partnership for the sixth wicket.
Chemar Holder was pick of the bowler for West Indies, he took two wickets in seven overs.
Umair was given the player of the match award even after ending up on the losing side.
The semi-final will see India taking on Sri Lanka on February 9, while Bangladesh will vie for a spot in final against West Indies on February 11.
