Contempt of court: SHC summons FIA official on Feb 10

                                                                                            The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday issued notices to the deputy director of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to appear before it on February 10. Following a contempt of court petition filed in the SHC against the FIA by AKD Group chairman Aqeel Karim Dhedhi, the assistant registrar issued notices to the FIA Deputy Director Ataullah to appear before the court on February 10. According to the notice, Ataullah was told that should he fail to appear at the next hearing, the case will be decided without hearing his arguments.
