Gas Leak Blast: Two women killed in Chakwal

CHAKWAL: Two women were killed, while a man sustained serious burns in a gas leak explosion in Village Tatral in Chakwal on Saturday. According to police, the blast took place at a house when one of the women lit a leaking gas stove. The resulting explosion killed two sisters on the spot and injuring their brother. Rescue 1122 teams shifted the injured and deceased to district headquarters hospital for treatment and legal formalities. The bodies were handed over to the family after post-mortem. The deceased were identified as Gulshan Bibi and Faiza Bashir. The injured was identified as Hamid Nawaz. The police have registered a case.
