Shahzain Bugti case: Court reserves judgment

BHC reserves judgement on bail plea after plea was rejected by district and sessions court, Quetta.

QUETTA: Balochistan High Court has reserved judgment on bail plea of provincial chief of Jamhoori Watan Party Shahzain Bugti and 26 other co-accused here on Thursday.

Their lawyers pleaded the case in the Balochistan High Court for their release on bail after rejection of their plea by the district and sessions court, Quetta. The vacation judge of the high court, Justice Muhammad Noor Miskanzai, after completion of arguments of parties’ counsel, reserved the judgment on bail application. Shahzain Buti was shifted to Sandeman Hospital in Jail Ward after the direction was issued by the high court on Wednesday during the first hearing on the bail plea.
