Security Situation: Smuggling causes billions in losses

QUETTA: A delegation of chamber of small traders and industries comprising 26 persons called on IG FC Major General Sher Afgun and briefly discussed about the matters of chambers and traders and offered some suggestion promoting the economic activities of the traders. The delegation praised the efficiency of the Frontier Corps in the province. IG FC Major General Sher Afgun thanked the delegation for coming to FC HQ and added that smuggling is causing loss of billions of rupees to the national exchequer and it is the responsibility of government institutions, trade unions, business community and public for their compensation.
