Hollywood A-lister, Emilia Clarke, stunned in not one but two fantastic outfits at this year’s Golden Globes Awards – one on the red carpet and the other at its after party. Inoculating Hollywood glamour to her usually laidback, girl-next-door ensembles, Clarke left us floored with her effortlessly natural look. We present to you both outfits so you can decide which one you like more!

RED CARPET

The Game of Thrones beauty hit the red carpet looking fit for royalty. Emilia wore a sheer, floor-length black Valentino dress with a high-neck that made her seem like a princess. The on-trend mock neck, beaded florals and a trailing cape donned over the shoulders were simple yet elegant. And the best part was that Emilia kept everything to a minimal. To balance out the stiffness of the dress, her makeup was simple, with just a hint of crimson blush on the cheeks for a flushed, glowy look. Her complexion looked radiant as ever, with a touch matte concealer to conceal the blemishes and thin black eyeliner. The diva’s eyes were framed with shimmery, taupe shades of eye shadow. A rosy pink pout added the fairy-tale charm she had certainly opted for. Half-tied hair and a pair of intricate silver earrings completed her understated look. Ten on ten to the starlet for kicking off the awards season with such a great ensemble.

AFTER-PARTY

After a fast wardrobe change, Clarke once again turned heads at HBO’s Annual Post Golden Globes Party. The actor was beaming in a sultry, figure-hugging pale blue dress by Dolce & Gabbana. The strappy dress featured elaborately embroidered poppies and daisies along its bodice and waistline, accentuating Emilia’s sizzling frame.  To complement the bright hues of red and plum, she opted for a vibrant, glossy red lip colour, looking stylish as ever. Once again, her hair was left half-tied, although she changed her eye makeup from smoky to a shiny, gold party look. We loved how Emilia opted for two vastly different looks for both the events and yet, maxed both with on-point finesse.
