Preventing Dengue In City: Joint strategy meeting today

PESHAWAR: A joint strategy meeting will be held on Wednesday (today) to plan how to prevent dengue from spreading in Peshawar, stated a press release issued by the city district nazim’s office on Tuesday. City district nazim Muhammad Asim Khan will hold a meeting to decide how to go about the spray drive commencing February 15, 2016 to protect the residents of the city against dengue. Members from all relevant departments, including Peoples Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI), WHO and town nazims will participate in the meeting. “The year 2016 has been declared the year of preventing dengue from spreading in Peshawar,” Asim said.
