KARACHI:
Friends of Hunar Foundation, a vocational training institute founded in 2008, hosted a special performance of Anwar Maqsood's latest play, Siachen, at the Arts Council of Pakistan on Monday.
The foundation's well-wishers and dignitaries, who attended the performance, appreciated the presentation made about the vocational skills offered by the foundation. Two former students also spoke about their experience and the international certificates they received upon graduation. Anwar Maqsood also encouraged people to go and visit the Hunar Foundation campus to see the work being done there for underprivileged young men and women, who are taught employable skills, funding them through donors. Maqsood donated money for the foundation as well.
