SHABQADAR: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman said an all-parties conference has been summoned on January 7 to form consensus yet again over the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor among K-P’s political forces. He was speaking to the media on Monday after a short visit to Charsadda where he offered condolences for the death of JUI-F leader Qazi Fazal Manan. Rehman said CPEC was not just an issue for PTI or any single party. He stressed the matter concerned the rights of the people of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. He vowed to raise the issue with the Centre. The JUI-F chief said all political forces of the province have been invited to the APC. Meanwhile, ANP has formed a special committee of seven party leaders to look into matters related to CPEC, stated a press release from Bacha Khan Markaz in Peshawar. The committee was constituted by Mian Iftikhar on the directives of party chief Asfandyar Wali Khan. Afrasiab Khattak was nominated the head and Mian Iftikhar Hussan, Amir Haider Khan Hoti, Zahid Khan, Bushra Gohar, Daud Khan and Khushal Khattak members.
