FAISALABAD: DCO Noorul Amin Mengal has expressed dismay over the use of poor quality material in constructing the Centre of Excellence, Jaranwala Building.  At a meeting on Monday, the DCO was told that the contractor for the building had used poor quality material. The DCO directed the Buildings Department to award the contract to a well-reputed firm in order to complete work on the centre. He told officials to prepare a report on the substandard quality of material used in the building and told them to send it to the Anti-Corruption Department for further action.
