
Two suspects were killed in Docks locality, white the other two were killed in Mochko area. All the four suspected gangsters were killed during overnight encounters with the police.
The police, under the supervision of SSP Fida Hussain Janwari, conducted operations in Docks and Mochko localities on Friday night.
The police said that they faced massive resistance from the suspects while they were conducting operation in Musharraf Colony area of Mochko.

After an exchange of fire, two suspects were injured, said Faisal SHO Shaikh. The suspects were being shifted to Civil hospital for treatment but they succumbed to their wounds on the way. The deceased were identified as Jahangir Baloch, 23 and Jahanzaib, 24.
Another encounter took place in Macchar Colony area of Docks, when the police reached the area to conduct a raid.
The suspects began firing at the police in an attempt to escape. After an exchange of fire, the police killed two suspects. The deceased were identified as Mullah Naveed and Shaheryar. The bodies were shifted to Civil hospital.

The deceased were associated with the Uzair Baloch group of the Lyari gang war, said SSP Janwari. Naveed and Shaheryar were associated with Sheraz Comrade group of Uzair Baloch group, he claimed, adding that they were involved in over a dozen cases of targeted killings, extortion and grenade attacks on rival group and law enforcers.
