Safe recovery: Kidnapped boy recovered after six months

Police have also arrested three alleged kidnappers, including two women

The Khairpur police raided on Monday the Chodaho Thebo village near Kumb and recovered a boy. They also arrested three alleged kidnappers, including two women.

The boy was kidnapped from Khairpur city six months ago. On Monday evening, the police team led by the Thari SP Mir Wah Hassan Sardar raided the house of Amanullah Thebo in Chodaho Thebo village near Kumb, after receiving a tip-off, and arrested three persons. The arrested were identified as Amanullah and two women, Sadori, daughter of Abdullah Thebo, and Rozina, wife of Inayatullah Thebo. The police also recovered a three-year-old child, Qasid, son of Ghulam Abbas Bhayo, who was kidnapped from Chorigar Bazaar, Khairpur, six months ago.

Talking to the media, Sardar said that FIR No 254/2015 was registered at A-Section police station in Khairpur. The police had earlier arrested an accused, Muhammad Ali Mangrio, who was challaned in the court of law but the boy had not been recovered.
